Test Operator | Batavia, OH
1st Shift | $15/hour
Express Employment Professionals Cincinnati East is now hiring to fulfill a Test Operator for an electronics manufacturer in Batavia, OH.
The Test Operator serves to test/verify product through the Test Cell at production volumes by adhering to customer supplied test criteria (i.e.: test procedures, test software, diagrams, etc.) or other detailed instructions.
Core Functions:
• Functional test and/or verification of electronic assemblies.
• Use of written procedures, test software, block diagrams, schematics, and other documentation needed for test operations.
• Accuracy in keeping product properly organized and labeled in regard to “tested” or “not tested” status during test operations.
• Use of small hand tools (screw drivers, trim pot tools, etc.).
• Use of basic diagnostic tools (multi-meters, oscilloscopes, etc.).
• Accuracy in all applicable paperwork.
• Use of Windows based computer systems.
• Communication of failure rates and other production data to the Test Supervisor and/or
Production Manager.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Maintain a clean and orderly cell.

Education:
High School Diploma or GED.
Experience:
Previous experience in testing products is preferred but not essential. Training willbe provided as needed.
Physical/Cognitive Requirements: Work is performed in a manufacturing environment, with frequent contact with others. Requires prolonged standing, sitting, frequent bending, stooping, and stretching. Occasional lifting will be required.
Shift: 1st Shift, Mon-Thurs 6am-3:15pm, Fri 6am-12:00pm
Pay: $15/hour
