Quality Manager | Direct Hire
📍 Eastgate, OH | 1st Shift | $70k+ Salary (BOE)

🔹 What You’ll Do:
✔ Oversee and ensure compliance with SQF policy standards and external auditing bodies.
✔ Monitor and maintain quality metrics, implementing corrective and preventive actions as needed.
✔ Provide strategic direction for quality programs, both internally and with raw material suppliers.
✔ Support process and product improvements, offering technical guidance to plant management.
✔ Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing quality assurance team.
✔ Stay ahead of industry best practices, certifications, and regulatory standards.
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✅ Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus 5+ years in Printing & Quality Management.
✅ Industry Knowledge: Experience in Flexo Printing or a related field.
✅ Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
✅ Certifications & Compliance: Strong background in at least two of the following: SQF, AIB, HACCP, Six Sigma, GMP, GFSI, OSHA, ISO, or SPC.
✅ Problem Solver: Skilled in root cause failure analysis (Five Whys, RCFA, PDCA, or FMEA).
✅ Strong Communicator: Ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external customers.
✅ Detail-Oriented & Organized: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Flexibility & Commitment: Willing to travel when necessary and available to work weekends/holidays as business needs require.
🔹 Compensation & Schedule:
💰 Salary: $57k–$70k+ (Based on Experience)
🕒 Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday (7 AM–4 PM or 8 AM–5 PM)
