Skilled Welder – 1st Shift | Lebanon, OH
$22+/hr (Based on Experience) | Mon-Fri

What You’ll Be Doing:
★ Expert Welding – Perform MIG, TIG, Flux Core, and Stick welding per blueprints and specifications
★ Fabrication & Assembly – Ensure all components are properly prepped, positioned, and welded to precise tolerances
★ Equipment Operation – Utilize brake presses, hydraulic presses, drill presses, and hydraulic rollers
★ Quality & Accuracy – Measure, document, and verify all components meet required standards
★ Workplace Organization – Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
What You Bring to the Table:
Proven Welding Experience – At least 3+ years of MIG, TIG, and Flux Core welding preferred Technical Know-How – Ability to read blueprints, use measuring instruments, and interpret technical drawings Equipment Operation – Familiarity with forklifts, overhead cranes, and shop machinery ASME 9 Certification (Preferred) – Ability to obtain within 6-12 months of hire Dependability – Strong attendance and commitment to meeting production schedules
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday
Pay: $22+/hr (Based on Experience)
