Manufacturing Technical Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer service to cultivate positive brand experiences and foster long-term partnerships.
• Engage in pre- and post-sale communications to seize opportunities, enhance retention rates, and drive revenue growth.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and achieve business objectives.
• Coordinate with production and sales teams to exceed customer expectations, foster collaboration, and align efforts to achieve organizational goals.
• Identify and pursue prospects and leads to expand the client base and drive business growth.
• Adapt sales tactics to align with organizational sales strategies and market dynamics.
• Develop compelling customer proposals highlighting the value of our services to attract and secure new business.
• Deliver comprehensive sales reports in meetings, contribute to forecasting, and participate in strategic planning initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Inside Sales / Account Management is required.
• Previous experience in the Manufacturing / Sheet Metal Industry is preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED is required; Associates Degree is preferred.
• Microsoft Office skills.
• ERP & CRM experience.
• Attention to detail.

Compensation: $60-65K + commission
