Job Title: Customer Service Representative – Manufacturing 

Location: Phoenix, AZ

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Navigate customer needs across various time zones, often collaborating with international clients.
  • Utilize SAP, ERP systems, and Epicor (a plus) to track orders, inventory, and customer information.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams (production, shipping, etc.) to ensure accurate and on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate and ensure smooth communication between different departments and customers, maintaining strong working relationships.
  • Be proactive in resolving any potential customer service issues before they become problems.
  • Provide support and be willing to cross-train in other areas of the business as needed.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the manufacturing industry. Aerospace experience is a plus.
  • Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, with SAP experience a must. Epicor experience is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and assertiveness in managing customer expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and customers.
