Express Employment Cincinnati Northwest is currently seeking an Apartment Property Maintenance to join our team! This is a 1st Shift position in the Springdale, OH area !
Apartment Property Maintenance Responsibilities:
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Prepping apartments for residence move in
- Estimate time and extent of repairs
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
- Some light Plumbing and HVAC work is required
Apartment Property Maintenance Qualifications:
- Previous experience with apartment maintenance is required
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
Apartment Property Maintenance Compensation: Up to $19 an hour based on skills and experience.
