Job Full Description
Position: Shop Supervisor
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 7:30 PM – 5:30 AM
Location: Cleves, OH
Compensation: $25 an hour
Responsibilities:
- Lead manufacturing/welding operations to optimize productivity and cost efficiency.
- Develop and train shop personnel to meet safety, cost, and quality goals.
- Schedule workforce and manage workflow throughout the shop.
- Maintain a hands-on approach, assisting as needed.
- Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and cell phone restrictions.
- Monitor job performance, provide coaching, and handle disciplinary actions.
- Assist in workforce planning and process optimization.
- Ensure employees have proper PPE and tools.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the Manufacturing Industry
- Previous experience in a Supervisor Role
- Previous experience working in a Fab Shop Industry
- Strong leadership skills, teamwork mentality, and hands-on work ethic.
