Job Full Description
Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking a Production Supervisor for a Plastic Extrusion company on 3rd Shift in West Chester, OH!
Hours are 6 PM to 6 AM with a 2-2-3 schedule!
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the night shift production/manufacturing department
- Handle and oversee machine operation duties
- Responsible for the development, training, and coaching of staff
- Check equipment to assure it is functioning properly
- Ensure compliance with all OSHA Safety and Health rules
- Monitor the effectiveness of production data reporting
- All other duties assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Production Supervisor is required
- Previous experience in Plastic Extrusion is required
- SAP experience
- Microsoft Office
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
Compensation: $65-75K
