Job Full Description
Our client is the manufacturer of BRASS COMPONENTS FOR THE PIPE, VALVE and FITTING INDUSTRIES located in Richmond Heights looking for MACHINE OPERATORS.
SHIFT/PAY:
- Mon-Fri. 1st and 2nd shifts
- $16.50 - $18.15 Depending on Shift
- This job is located in Richmond Heights
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Complete setup and operate all S-head machines, as directed through procedures and by operations supervisor
• Operate in a safe manner in accordance to safety policies and procedures
• Understand and follow all appropriate production procedures and work instructions
• Understanding of scanning procedure to effectively start and end production jobs using the data collection system
• Perform S-head threading machine functions (change chasers, work touchscreen, etc.)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to work in fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment
- 2+ years machine operating experience
- Basic computer skills, including data entry
- Ability to use and read gauges, calipers
- High school/GED
