Job Full Description
Our client is a manufacturer of high precision machine parts who is looking for an ACME GRIDLEY MACHINE OPERATOR.
- Pay is $23-$26/hr.
- This is a 1st Shift Position. 6am-4:30pm. Mon-Thurs
- This job is in Euclid, OH
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate and Set up of 6 spindle Acme Gridley screw machine
- Install collets, pushers, gears, camps, tool holders and other tooling
- Machine parts using blueprints and job routings
- Inspect parts for conformance to specifications and order requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to read blue prints; routings
- Ability to use gauges and measuring instruments
- 3+ years Acme Gridley setup and operating experience
- Ability to load bar stock into equipment
