Express Employment Professionals is looking for a Manufacturing Manager in Macedonia!
Manufacturing Manager: $30+
Manufacturing Manager:
Planning and Coordination
• Coordinate and monitor production, maintenance, and purchasing activities to optimize workflow and resource utilization.
Performance Management:
• Assess performance indicators and take proactive measures to ensure adherence to schedule, cost, and quality objectives.
• Implement development programs, performance management, and merit-based initiatives to enhance team performance.
Team Leadership and Development:
• Provide leadership and direction to production teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate team performance and implement training programs.
Resource Management:
• Manage work schedules, staffing requirements, and resource allocation to optimize productivity and efficiency.
• Oversee facilities maintenance to ensure equipment and infrastructure are well-maintained and operational.
Other duties as assigned.
Experience Required:
Experience in operating Lathes, CNC Mills and other machining operations.
• Experience in Fabrication & Welding also beneficial.
Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, prioritize and execute work activities.
• Computer Skills. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), ERP software (Job Boss).
• Must be effective at resolving problems and handling stressful
