Customer Service / Inside Sales: Job Description:
- Input sales orders, cold call potential customers, Introduce company and product offering and capabilities
- Solicit potential opportunities, maintain daily outgoing call log
- Investigate customer goals to find product fit
- Stay abreast of commercial interior design and acoustic products in the marketplace
- Improve sales and stay abreast of sales figures monthly through the sales reports
Experience Required:
- Sage / MAS, Act, Constant contact or any other ERP software
- Strong verbal, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Must be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and the internet
- 3 - 5 years experience providing customer service / sales support in a manufacturing / distribution / production environment
