Logistic / Inventory Coordinator $19.23/Hour (First Shift) Mon - Fri 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Columbus, OH
Job Description:
As a Logistics Coordinator you will handle shipping and receiving, placing orders, building / assembling equipment for a medical supply company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Shipping and receiving of all surgical inventory.
- Communicate with teams regarding upcoming needs for surgical cases.
- Review requirements requested by sales teams…. raise pertinent questions to sales rep if there are any issues/challenges related to a surgery.
- Place orders to meet surgical coverage needs.
- Build surgical instruments and implants to prepare for delivery to hospitals.
- Handle incoming/outgoing phone calls regarding inventory needs.
- Instrument assembly.
Qualifications:
- Strong interest in working in the medical device/orthopedic industry.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
- Proficient on basic computer programs: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
