Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a warm and welcoming manner
- Take accurate food and drink orders, answer menu questions
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly and addressing any concerns
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- No prior serving experience required (training provided)
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High school and college students are encouraged to apply
- Must be 16 years or older
