We are seeking energetic, outgoing, and responsible Bartenders to join our team! As a Bartender, you''ll be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, providing excellent customer service, and creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere for our guests. With plenty of room for career advancement, this role is ideal for those who want to learn and grow with our company!
Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and approachable manner
- Take drink orders, mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Provide recommendations based on customer preferences and house specials
- Check customers’ identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor inventory and restock bar supplies as needed
- Handle cash and process credit card transactions
- Follow health and safety regulations, including proper alcohol serving guidelines
- Work as a team with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service
Qualifications:
- Must be 21 years or older
- Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for providing excellent customer service
- Previous bartending experience is a plus, but not required (training will be provided)
Compensation:
- Pay is half of minimum wage plus tips
- Potential to earn high income through tips
