We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hostess / Barista. This unique role combines the welcoming duties of a Hostess with the creative, fast-paced environment of a Barista. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and seat them in a timely manner
- Manage waitlists and reservations with professionalism and efficiency
- Take drink orders and prepare a variety of coffee and specialty beverages as a Barista
- Assist customers with menu inquiries and provide recommendations
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of both the dining and café areas
- Maintain and restock coffee bar supplies as needed
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any concerns promptly
- Work closely with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Must have open availability, with emphasis on late afternoon and evening shifts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized
- Outgoing, positive, and professional attitude
- High school students and young adults are encouraged to apply
- No prior experience required (training provided)
