Job Title: Warehouse Lead
Location: Lockbourne, OH
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations in our Lockbourne facility. The ideal candidate must have proven leadership experience in a warehouse environment, be a skilled forklift operator (Crown stand-up and sit-down), and have experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS). Strong computer skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.

Operate Crown stand-up and sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently.

Utilize RF scanners for inventory management, order picking, and shipping/receiving tasks.

Ensure accurate data entry and inventory tracking using warehouse management software.

Train and mentor warehouse staff to maintain high performance and safety standards.

Coordinate with supervisors and other departments to streamline operations.

Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, following safety protocols.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving warehouse issues as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:

Proven warehouse lead experience in a fast-paced environment.

Certified forklift operator with expertise in Crown stand-up and sit-down equipment.

Experience using RF scanners for inventory and order management.

Strong computer skills, including experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.

Ability to lead a team and effectively communicate with employees at all levels.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
