Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Apartment Turnover Specialist to join our property management team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing vacated apartments for new residents by performing a range of cleaning, maintenance, and repair tasks. Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and prepare vacant apartments for new residents, including deep cleaning of floors, walls, kitchens, and bathrooms.
- Perform minor repairs such as patching walls, replacing fixtures, and ensuring all appliances are in working order.
- Assist with painting, carpet cleaning, and other necessary tasks to ensure apartments meet move-in standards.
- Conduct inspections to identify any issues that need to be addressed before new tenants move in.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of turnovers.
- Follow company guidelines and checklists to maintain a high standard of apartment readiness.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in apartment turnover, maintenance, or related fields is a plus.
- Ability to perform basic repairs and use hand tools.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Reliable and able to manage time efficiently to meet turnover deadlines.
- Physical ability to lift and move equipment or appliances as needed.
