Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is now hiring full-time Machine Operators in Dayton, OH. Multiple positions available, including Laser Operator, Press Operator, and Turret Operator on all shifts. Pay rate of UP TO $21.00/hour. Candidates should have relevant machine operation experience. These positions are Evaluation Hire opportunities.
Shift and Compensation:
- UP TO $21.00/Hour
- All shifts available (1st, 2nd, and 3rd)
- Evaluation Hire with potential for long-term placement
Responsibilities:
- Operate laser cutting machines, press machines, or turret machines to fabricate parts as per production standards.
- Monitor machinery to ensure proper functioning and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality.
- Read and interpret blueprints or work orders to execute precise machining tasks.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
