Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is now hiring full-time Mechanical Assemblers in Dayton, OH, for 1st shift with a pay rate of $18.00/hour. This position is an Evaluation Hire.

Shift Options: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Responsibilities:
- Assemble PVC and electrical components based on blueprints and technical drawings.
- Follow step-by-step instructions, verifying measurements and dimensions with a measuring tape.
- Utilize basic hand tools for the assembly process.
- Ensure quality control by reviewing each completed step before progressing.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Basic shop math and measurement skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated.
- Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when needed.
- Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, pushing, and pulling.
