We are currently seeking qualified applicants for an entry level Recruiter position with our Express Employment Professionals Dayton South office. We are growing and looking for talent to add to our team at $15.00-$16.00/hour.
Description:
- Recruit, interview and retain a pool of candidates.
- Use your strong phone skills to connect with candidates
- Typing skills needed for maintaining candidate information
- A proactive, detail-oriented individual
- Fill orders and maintain client relationships.
- Document calls and work with sales to ensure that orders and job orders are being filled timely and accurately.
- Write routine correspondence and maintain reports.
- Resolve issues with clients as well as with applicants, such as timecards, paychecks etc.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
Good personality and ability to take inbound calls and make outgoing calls as well.
Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft office as well as internet searching.
Ability to problem solve with little direction.
Ability to type 40 to 45 words per minute.
Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and upbeat personality.
Required Education:
Some college is desired but will consider someone if they have the right experience. Prefer experience in staffing, hospitality or inside/outside sales.
Would like someone's work environment to have been in a fast-paced environment where ability to multi-task has been shown.
Base salary depends upon experience. Opportunity for growth as well as potential ownership.
