Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming sales calls via telephone, written inquires and facsimile requests.
- Promote and effectively sell company products and supplies.
- Clarify and fulfill customer requests/needs by presenting various selections of products and services providing pricing information as requested.
- Understand and respond to customer delivery needs by interfacing with internal personnel.
- Understand and support established sales policies and procedures.
- Relate new product ideas and product extensions to management for evaluation.
- Emphasize saleable services of products to include quality and ability to meet customer specifications.
- Process all paperwork for orders to include sales contracts, prints and related documentation.
- Build and maintain quality relations with assigned customers.
- Calculate prices, discounts and proposals.
- Utilize company leads.
- Trace and expedite late orders.
- Maintains updated, organized files on all assigned customers.
- Develops maximum sales potential out of assigned customers through good customer service techniques, and knowledge of company's product and services as well as the competition's strength/weaknesses.
- Remains current on market conditions regarding products, product updates and new technologies through available resources.
- Train new associates as requested.
