Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is searching for individuals interested in performing temporary cone manufacturing work from March 24, 2025 – August 30, 2025 in Bucyrus. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the daily operations of our facility. Incentive pay for individuals who complete their full assignment. Individual needs to be ready and willing to train on dayshift for 4-6 weeks at the start of the assignment.
Requirements:
· Perform Cone Manufacturing job. Only requiring operational certification and assist in change overs.
· Will be required to train on day shift for 4-6 weeks.
· Must be flexible to work any shift week to week (midnights, days, or afternoons) once through the 4-6 weeks initial training (above in i).
· Attendance – expectation is to be at work every day for the scope the project, with exception of mitigating circumstances of death of family member etc.
· Must have no disciplinary issues through course of work.
· Shift Schedule – Must be able to work 5 or 6 days per week for duration of project.
· Must have HS Diploma or GED
· Must complete a medical PIT test
Other Information: (please read carefully)
Plant will guarantee 40 hours per week.
- Plant Holiday Shutdown – June 29 to July 5, 2025. If work is available this will be on voluntary basis, but not guaranteed.
- Pay:
- Training period 4-6 weeks for Cone MA operational certification: $20.00 (midnights and afternoons get shift differential of $2.00)
- Training completed after 4-6 weeks for Cone MA operational certification: $22.71 (midnights and afternoons get shift differential of $2.00)
- Once individual is certified as a Cone MA operational, the pay can be moved from $20 to $22.71. (Afternoons and midnights will get $2.00 shift differential)
- End of program incentive
- Must complete the program entirely to get full payout. Worked all requirements, flexed, no attendance issues (listed above), disciplinary issues.
- If assignment ends earlier and worked all requirements, flexed, no attendance issues (listed above), disciplinary issues the payout will be reduced to match the dollar amount based on months of service.
- Any of these temporary employees that perform to all requirements listed above, if Timken has full-time openings for hire will look at them for consideration.
End of project incentive:
- Works full requirement = $1000 + $500.
Assignment ended early by site
Project is 5 months – reduce incentive by $200 + $100.
