Job Full Description
Oak Harbor Company is looking for a HVAC Service Technician!
Pay $30.00/Hr.
Hours: M-F 7am-5pm Will need to be available for atleast one weekend a month for on call.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with customers on the phone with issues and answer the questions by using Helpdesk videos on the website or will contact a local HVAC company to assist the customer on site.
- Diagnose and troubleshot system malfunctions, including electrical and mechanical faults
- Record all phone calls into CRM System
- Order Parts from DBA System
Requirements:
- HSD/GED
- HVAC Certification
- Atleast 5 Years of experience in HVAC or related Field
- Must be efficient with computers and entering data
- Must know mechanical Principles, refrigeration cycles, reading blueprints, troubleshooting malfunctions, and adhering to safety regulations.
