Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-person interviews with candidates to review their background, experience, skills and qualifications
- Serve as employee advocate offering coaching when needed
- Prepare candidates for interviews providing general interview tips and detailed client information
- Utilize proprietary database to enter, maintain and update candidate information
- Facilitate interview processes with clients and candidates
- Visit client companies to learn more about work environment and culture fit
- Market and sell candidate skills and experience to organizations ensuring the best match for both the client company and the candidate
- Establish strong relationships with clients through consistent communication, including outbound phone calls and face-to-face meetings
- Develop sales opportunities to increase and expand client activity within new and existing accounts
Requirements:
- Effective time management skills, ability to multi task, be well organized and able to prioritize
- Ability to work equally well independently and as part of team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Interest in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
- Strong problem solving skills with the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively
- Ability to handle constructive criticism and coaching resulting in immediate improvements
- A strong desire to build the business, accept challenges with open arms, and be successful
