Express Employment Professionals in Lakewood, OH is Now Hiring a Temporary Labor with a CDL.
Shifts: M-F 7am to 330pm
Job Location: Rocky River, Ohio
Job Type: Full Time until April 1st 2025
Pay Rate: $19.25
Job Overview: Will be working closely with multiple departments to help with daily needs, and helping with day to day maintenance and repairs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure sewer lines are well maintained and free from blockages
- Drive snow removal equipment and maintain areas during snow storms
- Help Maintain all equipment including vehicles, and all tools
- Repairs holes in sidewalks and pavement, and asphalt
- remove trash as needed
- Transport materials and people to sites
- Secure buildings and property
- Maintain landscaping and ensure plants flourish
- Answer phones as needed
Requirements
- Must have a valid CDL B with air brakes, but CDL A is preferred
- Must be safety oriented in all aspects of the job
- Must have a good driving record
- must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to operate snow removal equipment including plow and salt spreader
- Must have excellent attendance and punctuality
- Must be able to operate and maintain heavy duty power equipment
- Must be able to work in temperature extremes.
- Must be comfortable with talking to people
**Must have a High school diploma or GED
**Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
