Pay Rate: $17 to $20 per hour
Shifts: Mon to Fri 8am 430pm.
Job Location: Cleveland Ohio
Job Type: Full Time, Temp to Perm
Job Overview: Responsible to general property maintenance, cleaning and maintaining common areas.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance, and repairs
- Clean and maintain common areas
- Get Units ready for new residents
Requirements
- Must have HVAC, Plumbing, painting, and drywall experience
- Confirm work orders repairs and completion of third party work
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong inventory skills
- ability and knowledge or hand and power tools.
- Outstanding attendance
- Must have 5 years or property maintenance experience that includes custodial experience
**Must have a High school diploma or GED
**Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check
