We are seeking a hard working individual to join our team!
Job description:
- Completing and submitting warranty claims for payments
- Post all of the credits and payments in service
- Ensuring excellent customer service
- Maintaining strong relationship with customers and third party vendors.
- Overseeing other members of the service team
- Developing and implementing service procedures
- Handling escalated customer service issues
- Handle Product exchange
- Damage allowances on products
- Customer complaints.
Skills requirements: Must be able to deescalate situations and well as make game time decisions for the better of the company.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand, sit and bend all day.
Qualities requires: Must be a team member and multitasker.
Equipment used: Computer, ability to learn Windward.
Scheduled: Monday - Friday: 8:00AM- 5:00PM
Pay: Based on experience
