We're seeking a reliable and hardworking team member to join a dynamic production team in Wadsworth, Ohio. This is a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on safety and quality.
Responsibilities:
- Operate both manual and automated equipment for handling roofing material.
- Assist with material handling and potentially operate a forklift (on-the-job training provided).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations.
- Be a team player and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work a rotating schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to quality.
- Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
