Die Cutting Press Operator
We are a dynamic and growing company in the Loudonville area, seeking a skilled and motivated Die Cutting Press Operator to join our team. If you have experience with sheet fed and web fed die cutting equipment and are passionate about delivering top-quality results, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and maintain die cutting equipment to ensure smooth production.
- Follow job tickets and run jobs to meet or exceed client expectations.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and colleagues to stay on schedule.
- Troubleshoot issues and apply mechanical skills to resolve them quickly.
- Ensure all work is completed with attention to detail and meets quality standards.
- Demonstrate good communication skills and maintain a positive team environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in manufacturing (3+ years preferred).
- At least 1 year of die cutting experience is preferred but not required – we are willing to train the right candidate!
- Basic math and reading skills for accurate measurements and interpreting job tickets.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driver’s license is a plus.
