Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Production Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our production line.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload parts onto racks for processing in our metal finishing lines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures.
• Operate material handling equipment (may require additional training).
• Assist with other production tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior manufacturing experience a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable work ethic and willingness to learn.
