Job Summary:
As an SFL Machine Operator you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining SFL (Sealing, Forming, Laminating) machines to produce high-quality industrial products. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and a commitment to meeting production goals.
Pay: $15.50 per hour
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 1:45 PM - 10:45 PM
Flexible scheduling options are available, and adjustments can be made to accommodate individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate SFL machines according to production specifications.
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality standards are met.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality and safety guidelines.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines to minimize downtime.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Complete and maintain accurate production and quality control records.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience with SFL machines or similar equipment preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions and technical specifications.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet production goals in a timely order is required
