Our client in Mentor is looking for a Fabricator/Welder. This is a First Shift, Temp to hire position and a great opportunity to join a very successful and growing company. The right candidate will have the experience & ability to work in a fast paced environment while producing quality work. Pay is DOE
Similar to auto body work with MIG welding, grinding, finishing, some bondo work, touch up priming, on hollow metal doors and frames
Successful Candidate MUST HAVE the following qualities:
-Dependable, Reliable & Excellent Attendance
-Experience fabricating & welding light gauge metals (14, 16, 18" gauge)
-Ability to read templates and hold tolerances within 1/8"
-Ability to keep products square corner to corner and cut, notch, fit, and weld to exact measurements
-Lifting required
-Strong Attention to Detail
-Extremely Organized & Accurate
-Desire to grow and learn the business
-Must be alert, focused, level headed, confident and patient
