Job Summary:
The RF Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining radio frequency (RF) sealing machines to manufacture high-quality plastic products according to company standards. This role involves setting up machines, monitoring production, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring safety and quality compliance.
Pay: $15.50 per hour
Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 1:45 PM - 10:45 PM
Flexible scheduling options are available, and adjustments can be made to accommodate individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate RF sealing machines to produce products per specifications and production schedules.
- Perform machine setup, adjustments, and maintenance as required.
- Monitor machine performance and ensure proper operation throughout the production process.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues to minimize downtime.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
- Complete and maintain accurate production and quality records.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience operating RF sealing machines or similar equipment is preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and specifications.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
