Responsibilities:

  • Process customer inquiries and correspondence regarding complaints, deliveries, terms, order changes, service, and other related matters.
  • Generate quotations in accordance with pricing guidelines and limits of authority.
  • Maintain sales department files including customer files, quote logs, quote approvals, order acknowledgements, and other related documents.
  • Ensure customers receive efficient and courteous service.
  • Research and resolve customer disputes and problems within established guidelines.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and various company departments.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Promote ethical behavior by acting with honesty and integrity.
  • Perform other duties as required.

Preferred Education:

  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • BA or BS Required

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with commercial and military aerospace terms and conditions is desirable.
  • Two (2) to three (3) years of experience in customer support.
  • Experience with contract administration is desirable.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and knowledge of manufacturing operating systems is required.
  • Must be a US Person eligible to work in the US
