Objective: To manage all of the production operations of the company. These areas include oversight of all Machine Production, Product Quality and Shipping and Receiving of parts and materials.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manages the operations of manufacturing of all customers parts.
- Manages and monitors the company’s production schedules, supplied by senior management, so that they are met and maintained; and, ensure that all customer deadlines are met so that the company’s revenue goal are achieved or exceeded.
- Responsible that all personnel that report directly and indirectly to this position, have the proper training and knowledge to meet and exceed production schedules and production goals established by senior management of the company.
- Oversees the management of the quality control area and that all parts that are being manufactured are meeting customer’s quality goals and expectations.
- Oversees the management of the shipping and receiving area, which ensures that all customers parts are delivered on a timely basis and that all raw materials are received correctly and accounted for per company standards.
Job Requirements
- Trade school or college degree
- 10+ years of direct production management experience including machine knowledge of all company owned machinery with machine set up knowledge
- Above average communication skills
- Good computer skills
