Our client in Mentor is looking for a Fabricator/Welder! #COH
This is a First Shift, Temp to hire position and a great opportunity to join a very successful and growing company. The right candidate will have the experience & ability to work in a fast paced environment while producing quality work. Pay is between $22-$24 an hour
Similar to auto body work with MIG welding, grinding, finishing, some bando work, touch up priming, on hollow metal doors and frames
Successful Candidate MUST HAVE the following qualities:
-Dependable, Reliable & Excellent Attendance
-Experience fabricating & welding light gauge metals (14, 16, 18" gauge)
-Ability to read templates and hold tolerances within 1/8"
-Ability to keep products square corner to corner and cut, notch, fit, and weld to exact measurements
-Lifting required
-Strong Attention to Detail
-Extremely Organized & Accurate
-Desire to grow and learn the business
-Must be alert, focused, level headed, confident and patient
