Machine Operator – 3rd Shift
$21.00 per Hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Job Overview:
Our client in Novelty, OH is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join their 3rd shift team. This role involves operating, monitoring, and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient production while adhering to safety and quality standards. Forklift experience is required for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor machines to ensure proper function and production flow.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Operate a forklift to move materials and products safely within the facility.
- Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with company standards.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and storage.
- Document production data and report any issues to supervisors.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in machine operation or manufacturing preferred.
- Forklift experience and certification required.
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions and safety guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
