Our Client in Wickliffe has an immediate need for a 1st Shift Injection Operator

Responsibilities:
Include mixing HES dip chemical in accordance to manufacturing procedures, dipping of ceramic cores per procedures. The position will include detail accuracy of documentation and interface with process engineering and facility maintenance for process control.
- Tank testing
- Operate tanks
- Load ceramic cores into rack, into tanks, onto belt dryer
- Safely operate belt dryers
- WIP Organization
- WIP movement through dip operation and to the next operation
- Complete paperwork, ensure routers match cores/in order
- Sign off routers
Requirements:
- Perform care preparation, wax wall, and wax x-ray
- Inject all wax patterns, solubles, gates, and sprues
- Make sub-assemblies
- Leach solubles from wax pattern
- Keep wax and soluble melting pots filled at all times
- Clean plugs
- Maintain quality on all patterns, solubles, gating, sprues, and sub-assemblies
- Keep all dies clean after completing each job and stored in proper area
- Meet the specific requirements of the efficiency standards
- Keep the work area in a clean, orderly, and safe working condition
- Follow procedures and all safety rules
- Comply with all applicable Standard Operating Procedures
- Perform all other duties assigned by supervisor
