Adjust processes to optimize cycle times and minimize scrap.

Perform daily maintenance on process-related secondary equipment, including Jetwheels, insert loaders, and automation systems.

Document process changes and maintain daily process history logs.

Track and report purge and belly waste at the end of each shift.

Communicate process adjustments to the next shift’s process technicians.

Oversee the startup and shutdown of presses, ensuring a smooth handoff to shift supervisors for operator assignments.

Serve as a backup shift supervisor when needed, including performing IQMS system tasks.

Conduct daily mold maintenance, including cleaning, ice blasting, and minor upkeep.

Program, troubleshoot, and restore functionality to end-of-arm tools and robotic systems.

Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance production efficiency and quality.

Notify supervisors when ordering supplies such as wax, vacuum seals, hoses, lubricants, and fittings is necessary.
