Job Description:
Our client is seeking skilled CNC Machine Operators for their Willoughby and Painesville locations. This role is ideal for candidates with 1-2 years of machining experience who are looking for a long-term opportunity with the potential for permanent hire.

As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for:

• Performing tool changes and offsets
• Conducting simple quality measurements using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools
• Operating CNC machines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean work area
• Working as part of a team to ensure production goals are met

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of machining experience in a manufacturing environment
