Job Description:
This client is currently seeking a skilled Spot Welder to join their team. In this role, you will perform precise spot welding on various metal components, ensuring that all work meets our high standards for quality and durability. You will be responsible for interpreting technical drawings, adjusting machines for optimal welding performance, and maintaining safety protocols within the welding area.
Responsibilities:

Perform spot welding on metal parts and components following blueprints and technical drawings.

Set up and adjust welding equipment to achieve the required weld size and strength.

Inspect welds for defects and make necessary adjustments or repairs.

Maintain welding equipment and perform regular checks to ensure proper operation.

Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe and clean working environment.

Work closely with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Spot Welder or in a similar welding position.

Strong knowledge of welding techniques, including setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Knowledge of welding safety procedures and practices.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
