Job Description:
They are looking for a CNC Punch Operator to operate and maintain their CNC punching machines. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC punch presses to create metal components according to blueprints and specifications. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to read technical drawings, and a commitment to producing high-quality parts.
Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC punch presses to produce metal components based on specifications and drawings.

Adjust settings to achieve the desired cut and punch.

Inspect finished products for quality control, ensuring they meet specifications and tolerances.

Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality.

Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and troubleshoot any technical issues.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a CNC Punch Operator or in a similar role.

Strong understanding of CNC machine operation.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Experience with metal fabrication and punch press operations.
