Job Full Description
We are looking for an AS NEEDED ONLY, FILL-IN Weighmaster in Castalia, OH!
This job would be perfect for a retiree, or someone looking for part time work (no hours are guaranteed weekly, this is an as needed to fill in position (ONLY).
This position is on an as needed basis only. Will know well in advance of time you will be needed to work for vacations or personal days.
Shift hours will vary:
If openining the scale house: 4:45AM-10:00AM
If closing the scalehouse: 1:00PM- 6:00PM.
Job Duties:
- Check in trucks, trailers, and other customers.
- System gives truck a number, they proceed to fill up with the material needed.
- Once truck returns to scale house, all their truck info pops up on screen, verify the truck, enter the scale information, problem solve with customers as needed and get them on their way asap. (all viewed by tv monitors with cameras, three computer monitors and a speaker to talk to the truckers.
- Ability to learn and input rail system.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Experience with excel, microsoft, outllook, group contact emails, etc.
- Comfortable and skilled at using two desktop monitors.
- Problem-solver.
- Able to work independently.
- Great customer service skills.
- Math skills.
- Cash handling.
