Job Title: Powder Coat Painter – General Laborer
Shift: 1st Shift, M-F, 6A-2:30P
Salary: $18.00 - $22.00 / Hr. (BOE)
Location: Sidney, OH
Responsibilities
- Set up and prepare powder coating equipment.
- Apply powder coating to meet manufacturer and customer specifications.
- Interpret setup sheets and follow detailed work instructions.
- Hang, package, and mask parts (plugging and capping).
- Load and unload parts from the conveyor line.
- Operate hand tools effectively.
- Cross-train in additional job functions as needed.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED (preferred).
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- A willingness to work overtime when required.
