Job Full Description
Job Title: Team Lead
Salary: $19.50 / Hr
Shift: 1st shift- 2-2-3 Rotating 12 hrs
Responsibilities:
- Ensure prompt attendance of associates on the production floor, reporting tardiness and absences.
- Assist in production training, manage breaks, and enforce GMP guidelines and safety measures.
- Collaborate with the On-site team to address safety, quality, and delivery issues, providing daily reports.
- Coach and train associates on production processes.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas and promptly report department conditions and concerns.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a leadership role within manufacturing or production.
- Strong understanding of GMP guidelines and safety protocols.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to train and develop team members.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
