Job Full Description
Job Title: Material Handler
Location: Jackson Center, Oh
Salary: $17.25 per hour
Shift Options:
1st shift - 5:00AM-5:10PM (Rotating 12 hours)
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate various equipment, including tow motors, clamp and straight forklifts, label lifts, and floor jacks in warehouse and production areas
- Producing daily job assignments according to supervisor's instructions
- Inspecting products for defects, contamination, or discoloration and ensuring quality standards are met
- Troubleshooting production and equipment issues
- Collect resin samples from rail cars and bulk trucks
Job Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Experience in a production environment meeting schedules and rates
- Attention to detail in inspection
- Tow motor experience required
