We're seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join our manufacturing team. This multifaceted role offers exposure to various aspects of our operations, from fabrication to field work, with a focus on steel weldment finishing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist fabricators in the shop and occasionally in the field
- Perform fabrication and assembly tasks in the shop
- Independently operate shot blasting equipment
- Prime and paint steel weldments
- Move materials and manage inventory
- Run errands and provide general assistance around the company
Skills You'll Develop:
- Welding techniques
- Plumbing (PVC and black iron)
- Mechanical assembly
- Basic control wiring
- Metal finishing processes
