General Labor - Grinder
1st Shift - 7:15am-4:00pm
$16 Per Hour
We are seeking an experienced grinder to join our team. As a Metal Grinder, you will be responsible for operating grinding machines to remove excess material and create smooth finishes on metal parts and components.
Grinder Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate various grinding machines such as surface grinders, cylindrical grinders, and centerless grinders
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate grinding operations
- Monitor grinding processes and make necessary adjustments to achieve desired tolerances and finishes
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on grinding equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety protocols
- Meet production targets and quality standards
