Key Responsibilities
* Process and manage complex billing operations and account adjustments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures while maintaining detailed documentation of all transactions.
* Conduct thorough investigative research on account discrepancies, analyzing financial records and documentation to resolve complex issues and maintain account integrity.
* Evaluate and classify new accounts based on established criteria, implementing appropriate billing structures and ensuring proper account setup for optimal processing.
* Monitor and update existing accounts requiring maintenance, promptly addressing changes in status, billing requirements, or customer information to maintain accurate records.
* Prepare comprehensive financial worksheets and monthly reports, providing detailed analysis of account activities and identifying trends or areas requiring attention.
* Calculate and process commercial billings accurately, applying appropriate rates and terms while ensuring compliance with contractual agreements.
* Identify and refer delinquent accounts for legal action when necessary, preparing required documentation and coordinating with legal teams.
